oh dear.. i really am missing gumpus. loadsa and loadsa.
it seems only yesterday he was here. all nice and fluffy.. sniffles. i really do miss him. especially since chance perpetually smells of poo and weird shampoos.
just yesterday i was sitting on the antique teak chair (HAHA. SOUNDS SO CUTE) next to the phone, talking to on one in particular. being entirely wrapped up in the conversation with the person i was talking with( i cant remember who. it was either prim or my dad) when chance comes bounding in. the moment he stepped in, i KNEW somthing was amiss. it wasnt just the horrible stench, it wasnt just the trail of mud-coloured paw prints that followed closely behind, it was the fact that the cute lil bow tie thing i tied around his neck wasnt straight. so i bent down and straigthened it. then the smell hit me. it was HORRIBLE. oh my gosh. it enveloped me like the black death. it was stale, rotten. DISGUSTING. oh my GOD. and then i screamed. and i cant really remember what happened after. but it was bad. real bad
most of my entries nowadays are about gummy. its so sad. like oh my goodness. i miss i miss i MISS HIM. he was my pillow, my hanky, my bragging right. and boy was he intelligent. he could totally sense it when i'm sad. and he knew how to get his food from the container. and how not to bark or move while i'm watching moulin rouge. chance doesnt care at all. he barks right through. hes barking right NOW. its so annoying. but daddy loves him.
so hes not goin no where.
